Some items in your cart require our team to manually check the available inventory. This order may take up to 24 hours to process.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that are customized to specific specifications made by the customer are not eligible to be returned.
Products that are clearly marked as non-returnable on the Product Details Page are not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warranty
All fixtures are covered by a ONE YEAR LIMITED warranty from the original invoice date. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation/assembly, use of lamps beyond the recommended label, or any changes made to the fixture.
If an item is defective contact info@maxilite.net with pictures, so we can send a return shipping label. Items that are defective beyond repair will be inspected to prevent further issues, and a replacement will be sent to you.
If an item is missing components or a component that is replaceable is defective contact info@maxilite.net with pictures. Replacement parts will be issued at no charge upon approval.
Shipping
If the product is defective, damaged, or is the wrong item please send pictures to info@maxilite.net, so we can determine a solution. If we determine that the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, and it needs to be replaced or needs replacement parts we will pay for shipping.
If you do not like the product, you will be required to pay the return shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at info@maxilite.net if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is critical to send pictures of the item, so we know what is wrong.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, like products that have been installed or assembled, not in the original condition and packaging, customized to specific specifications by the customer, or a product clearly labeled as non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellations
Cancellation of orders processed for shipping are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Cancellation of Purchase Orders on hold for release will require 30-days notice from the original ship dates to cancel, and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
